Terms of Service for DomNest domain monitoring service.
Welcome to DomNest. These terms govern your use of our domain monitoring service that helps prevent domain expiry disasters and SSL certificate failures.
Acceptance of Terms
By using DomNest, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.
Our Service
DomNest provides domain monitoring services including:
- Domain expiry date monitoring and email alerts
- SSL certificate monitoring and expiration notifications
- Domain uptime monitoring and health checks
- Dashboard to view all your monitored domains
Service Limitations
While we strive for accuracy, DomNest is a monitoring tool that:
- Provides notifications but doesn't automatically renew domains
- Monitors public information about domains you add
- Cannot guarantee 100% uptime or perfect monitoring accuracy
- Is not responsible for domain renewals or purchases
Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate email addresses for notifications
- Only monitor domains you own or have permission to monitor
- Keep your account information up to date
- Use the service lawfully and not abuse our systems
- Take action on expiry notifications (we only alert, don't renew)
Payment and Subscriptions
Premium features require subscription payment processed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime through your account settings.
Limitation of Liability
DomNest is a monitoring tool. We are not liable for:
- Missed notifications due to email delivery issues
- Domain losses due to failed renewals
- Monitoring inaccuracies or service downtime
- Any damages resulting from domain expiry
You remain solely responsible for managing and renewing your domains.
Data and Privacy
We collect minimal data necessary for monitoring (domain names, email for alerts). See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
Service Availability
We aim for high uptime but may have maintenance periods or outages. We'll notify users of planned maintenance when possible.
Account Termination
You can cancel your account anytime. We may suspend accounts for abuse or violation of these terms. Upon termination, monitoring stops and data may be deleted after 30 days.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use means acceptance of updated terms.
